Daily Sales Tracker

A digital and Printable Daily Sales Tracker.  You can edit the Rep names and goals to what each employee needs.  Just enter your totals in your own tab each day, and it will calculate how much you need to reach your goal per day.  Be sure to put "*" on days you're not selling (Day off, Vacation, Holiday, Training day, etc) and it will more accurately calculate your daily goal, and put it on the printable master sheet. 

If you need help using this tracker, feel free to reach out to me for help.  To avoid breaking the sheet, do not edit anything under "REPDATA1-6" as this will cause errors in the calculations in the background.  I would recommend saving this sheet to whomever will take ownership for it (Instructions below), and only have one person managing it per location.  

To start using, click the link with your own Google Account logged in (You do not want to give your reps full edit access), click "File - Make a Copy". 
Edit the Tracker with your reps names (And theme if you like!) and then click "File - Share - Share with Others".  Change "General Access" to "Anyone with the Link", and change the "Viewer" to "Editor".  This will let them edit the NON-PROTECTED cells.  Keep in mind if you access this from your own google account, you can edit the protected cells and "break" the programming.  Things that are coloured Yellow are things you and reps can edit, including Goals, Totals, and on the Master Page.  Best practice is having opener take totals from night before and enter them in (Putting 0 for those who were off only so you know that they were tracked).
